The Committee of Regulations, in the sitting from 11 march 2008, has homologated the results from the - TESS RALLY Brasov - event of The National Rally Championship Dunlop 2008.
After a blocking of the special stage road Babarunca and Cheia there took place only 50% of the total length of the rally.
Congruent to the art. 21.3 of The General Prescription of FIA applied to all the championships, trophys and cups, foresees that for a covering of 25-50% of the total length of the special stages, there will be given half of the points. The Federal Council, in unanimity, decided to give half of the points to the general, group, classes and teams standings  from Tess Rally Brasov.
