Deci, pana la urma ti`ai facut calculele si ai devenit campion...

JM: Yes, a very good feeling now. Also a perfect season for us; I didn`t expect it to be so easy. Well, not easy, but anyway, we did very well. This rally was very difficult yesterday, very demanding driving conditions. We made it through and I`m happy my teammate wins, we win now the championship, so a perfect day for our Hyparion Team.

  Da, ma simt foarte bine acum. Am avut de asemenea un sezon perfect; nu ma asteptam sa fie asa de usor. De fapt nu a fost chiar usor, dar oricum ne`am descurcat foarte bine. Ziua de ieri a acestui raliu a fost foarte grea, conditiile pe traseu au fost foarte solicitante. Am terminat cu bine si ma bucur pentru victoria colegului meu de echipa, pentru castigarea titlului de campion - e o zi perfecta pentru echipa Hyparion.

Now that you don`t have any pressure on you, how are you going to approach the next rally?
Acum ca nu mai simti presiune asupra ta, cum o sa abordezi urmatorul raliu?

JM: Maybe we`ll try to drive flat out, I don`t know. But of course, we`ll have to enjoy there and maybe we`ll come out with some nice idea; maybe my codriver is driving, or something - we`ll see.

  Poate vom merge la limita, nu stiu. Dar desigur, trebuie sa ne simtim bine acolo si poate o sa venim cu o idee interesanta; poate va conduce copilotul - mai vedem pana atunci.

And how about next year? What are you planning to do?
Si in ceea ce priveste anul viitor? Ce planuri ai?

JM: I don`t tell you yet.

How did you feel? How was the rally?
Cum te simti? Care sunt impresiile dupa raliu?

GS: It was a very hard race, the weather and the stage also. On the first day we had a vey hard fight with Jarkko and I think he was concentrated on the championship win. For him being first was not the problem this race. For me it was the first win in the championship. We are in the second position and I am very happy.

   A fost un raliu dificil atat din punct de vedere al vremii cat si din punct de vedere al probelor. In prima zi am avut o lupta grea cu Jarkko si cred ca el s-a concentrat mai mult pe castigarea campionatului. Pentru el a fi primul aici nu era o prioritate. Pentru mine e prima victorie in campionat. Suntem pe pozitia a doua la general si sunt foarte fericit.
