Dupa 20 de minute in parcul service se porneste pe o inlantuire de trei probe speciale, mai exact PS9 (10.9km), PS10 (14.8km) si PS11 (18.6km), competitia fiind cu atat mai interesanta cu cat ploaia nu s-a mai oprit, iar suprafata uda ar putea pune probleme concurentilor. After 20 minutes in the service area the rally continues with three chained stages, more precisely PS9 (10.9km), PS10 (14.8km) and PS11 (18.6km); due to the rain which keeps pouring down,  the competition becomes more and more interesting, the wet surface being a potential problem for the teams.

Tempesta - am iesit putin in decor, dar suntem OK. We went off track a little, but we're OK.
Dan Gartofan - prudenti. Cautious.
Jarkko Miettinen - prudenti, incercam sa mentinem frunte. Cautious, we're trying to mentain our lead.
Manu Mihalache - ne-am rasucit, dar nu s-a intamplat nimic. We spinned, but nothing bad happened.
Gergo Szabo - am plecat fara treapta a 3a. Started off without 3rd gear.
Vali Porcisteanu - am mers foarte bine; speram sa mentinem ritmul pana la sfarsitul raliului. We ran very well and we hoe to mentain the pace until the end of the rally.
Catalin Cismaru - s-a saturat de probleme de securitate; a intalnit un caine pe un viraj de dreapta si a fost nevoit sa franeze. Is tired of the security problems; encountered a dog on a right turn and had to brake.
