Ziua secunda cuprinde 9 probe speciale, in fapt trei teste distincte parcurse fiecare de trei ori, cu un total de aproape 100 km. La startul zilei principalii protagonisti au declarat (in ordinea plecarii):

Tempesta: ne-am trezit bine si vom ataca de dimineata. Suntem primii pe drum ceea ce la prima bucla este un dezavantaj. We wake up OK and we will attack from the morning. We are first on the road witch is a disadvantage.
Marisca: Specialele sunt grele, este ud si aderenta este schimbatoare. Viteza pe probe este peste medie. Pneurile alese ieri au fost OK si mergem din nou pe aceiasi alegere. The stages are very difficult, is wet and the grip is changing all the time. The speed of these stages are over the average. We made yesterday a very good tire choice and I hope to do the same today.
Gartofan: vom incerca s afacem astazi ce n-am putu face ieri. Sper sa nu ploua. We will try to do today what we cannot do yesterday. I hope it will not rain.
Laukkanen: vom face cursa noastra fara sa facem planuri. Probele sunt rapide si trebuie sa vad ritmul celorlalti. We will drive our rally and we have no plan for the moment. The stages are fast and I have to see the rythm of the others.
Szabo: vom face ca si ieri. Nu ma intereseaza pozitia in raliu ci locul secund in clasamentul final. We will drive like yesterday. I am not interested in the place at the end of this rally only in the championship.
Ungur: incercam sa venim mai in fata. Urmatorul nostru obiectiv este Marisca. We try to be in front. Our next target is Marisca.
Porcisteanu: avem pneuri mai bune si incercam sa recuperam timpul pirdut. We have better tires and try to gain back the lost time.
Mihalache: vrem sa rcuperam timpul pierdut ieri pe superspeciala din cauza organizarii defectuoase. We want to recover the lost seconds due to the poor organisation of the superspecial stage.
Carta: raliul este lung si probele de astazi sunt foarte rapide. The rally is still long and today's stages are very fast.
Cismaru: este un raliu dificil si speram sa marcam puncte. It is a difficult rally and we hope to score points.
Tatu: sper sa nu ploua si sa facem o zi buna. I hope that it will not rain and to have a good day.
Toganel: va fi o zi lunga in care speram sa avem un ritm bun. It will be a long day and I hope to have a good rythm.
Aur: ieri nu am gasit ritmul potrivit. Poate reusim astazi. Yesterday we did not found the good rythm, maybe we will fnd it today.
H.Savu: ar fi frumos sa terminam in primii 10. It will be nice to finish in the top 10.
